What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the commodity and specification you are interested in, quantity, destination and your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your inquiry and to take the steps you ask us to take before any business relationship, as permitted by Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
The website and its inquiry form are hosted by Netlify, and our email is provided by Zoho. These providers may process data outside Brazil, under their own security and data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as required by law.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, block or delete it, among other rights. Email sales@acj-import-export.com and we will respond.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit.
